About the House

Justin’s Beach House is a respite home for families with cancer in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Sleeping 10, the house has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. There is a full kitchen and dining room on the third floor along with sun decks on all 3 floors. On every floor, there are living/gathering rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Justin’s Beach House thanks the Bethany Beach Fire Company for their service to Justin’s Beach House, the Memorial Weekend 5K Run/3K Walk, and to the Bethany Beach Community.

Applications for 2026 are being accepted beginning November 1, 2025. Please review the House Calendar for availability.

To be considered for 2026, please send your completed application along with your signed copy of the Justin’s Beach House Rules and the $500.00 refundable deposit to:

Eligibility

The applicant (adult/child) must be undergoing active treatment for cancer. We consider treatment “active” when the applicant is seeing their physician for medication and/or therapy. An applicant is eligible until he/she has been off active treatment for one year.

It is our goal to offer cancer patients a week in beautiful Bethany Beach. Due to the large number of applications that we receive we cannot accept applications from families that have previously stayed at Justin’s Beach House.

Applicants residing outside of a 50-mile radius of Bethany Beach will be given first priority. Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of Bethany Beach will not be considered until June 1.
