About the House
Justin’s Beach House is a respite home for families with cancer in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Sleeping 10, the house has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. There is a full kitchen and dining room on the third floor along with sun decks on all 3 floors. On every floor, there are living/gathering rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV.
Justin’s Beach House thanks the Bethany Beach Fire Company for their service to Justin’s Beach House, the Memorial Weekend 5K Run/3K Walk, and to the Bethany Beach Community.
Applications for 2026 are being accepted beginning November 1, 2025. Please review the House Calendar for availability.

Justin’s Beach House is excited to partner with PAWS for People, the mid-Atlantic region’s premier pet therapy organization, to encourage guests to experience fun and therapeutic pet therapy visits from a gentle, affectionate pet.
